Summer Academic Program

Summer Montessori

Summer Montessori offers academic skill development for students entering grades 1-6. Students can sign up for one or more weeks during the month of July.

Students will participate in small-group learning activities, take part in one to one skills workshops and have opportunities to explore learning through engagement with Montessori materials in a prepared environment. Supported by a licensed learning specialist and experienced teacher, students use Montessori materials and innovative methods to accelerate learning and retain math, reading and writing skills over the month of July.

Sessions are tailored to your child’s individual needs, following a developmentally appropriate pace. Students may participate by the week or for the entire month.

Students have the option of a half-day academic program or a full-day combination program that includes participation in afternoon activities with Harborlight’s Summer Program. Morning childcare, beginning at 7:30 a.m. is included in both options.
